Our Customer Services Team are ready to help you during opening hours

  • Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 17.00
  • Fridays 8.30 to 16.30

We also operate a voicemail service; leave a message and we will return your call.

If we can't answer your query, or resolve your problem, we will direct you to someone who can.

What Can Our Customer Services Team Do to Help You

  • We process your orders with care and attention and ensure your products are delivered on time to your clinic.
  • Help you with any queries or problems with your deliveries
  • Arrange courier collections of your Custom Made device prescriptions, casts, alterations and off-the-shelf product returns.
  • Answer general product queries, and if we can't help, we will direct you to someone who can, in either our Technical Support or Training and Customer Support Team.
  • Answer general queries about your account, and if we can't help, we will direct you to someone in Customer Accounts
  • Advise you on account and payment options and direct you to someone in Customer Accounts to help you set up a Direct Debit Account
  • Process your payments by Credit Debit card (over the phone) or by Payment Link (via Email)
