The Orliman Leaf Spring AFO Extra assists in the prevention of plantar flexion of the ankle in drop foot while facilitating moderate ankle dorsiflexion. This orthosis features a low profile prefabricated shell, made from injection moulded polypropylene and graphene particles. The combination of these materials results in a shell that is particularly strong and capable of tolerating high forces.

Soft posterior and anterior padding, as well as an adjustable Velcro strap ensure a comfortable and secure fit. An open heel design allows for easy accommodation in all types of footwear. A detachable, breathable and washable soft padded calf band enhances comfort and hygiene.
